This will be due to a popup blocker, a bar may appear at the
top of the page requesting you to allow pop-ups. The settings
for Microsoft’s pop-up blocker are altered in the Control
Panel >> Internet Options >> Privacy >> pop-up
blocker settings. You can choose to always allow pop-ups from
a certain site or change the filter level. If a third party
pop-up blocker is preventing access please consult the help
text for your software on configuration.

The trade login allows our trade customers to place an order
with us online or download our latest order form.

The trade login can be set up for customers who have already
placed their first order with Queensway.
The order form contains all titles which are on release and
available to order from ourselves. It is an Excel spreadsheet.
If you have the full Excel program you can fill in the values
and then either print, fax, post or e-mail the order form to us.

Using the Excel viewer you can only view the spreadsheet for
printing and will then have to fill out manually and fax or
post it.
The order form has been designed to make full use of the page
width, therefore the default margins could cause the spreadsheet
to not print correctly. (You can check this with File >>
Print Preview). If this is the case, go to File >> Page
Setup, then either make the margins about 0.5cm on the margins
tab or “fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall” on the
page tab. There are multiple worksheets in the spreadsheet so when you choose
print you will have to select 'Entire Workbook' to print all pages
